Won't have sex before marriage', says 35-year-old Virgin girl

In today's run-of-the-mill life, there are usually many questions and doubts in the mind of every woman regarding relationship and sex. A 35-year-old Indian-American woman has decided that no matter what her age, she will move forward in a relationship on her own values and terms. He says that thoughts like one night stand scare him. She says, when I was growing up, my parents never talked about sex. Me and my sister used to watch Bollywood movies in the 1990s. I graduated from Rutgers University. At that time I lived with my family. My father used to ask, what happens on the college campus. She says, my father wanted me to write on my profile of the dating website that I am of Indian origin. My father decided that he would find someone in America who had deep Indian values for me . He tried to introduce me to doctors and lawyers at our home in New Jersey but I never met him.I did not trust my father to choose a husband for me. He wanted to choose someone like him. She said, I did not want to post my profile on a site like BengaliMatrimony.com.I knew that there would be pressure to do so, then of course I would not feel anything for that person.

The woman wrote, 'I started watching porn to make my bedroom life interesting. I wanted to have a good experience with my partner and most of all I wanted to know whether what I am doing is right or not. As soon as I searched about porn websites, I got many options. In some videos, I also got to see violent activity. The way the women in the video were accepting these activities, it seemed normal to me.

Recharge your sexual energy

Your sexual drive can stay high late in life, but often your energy for sex can diminish. Low energy not only affects your sex life, but can carry over to other parts of your life, too. You can become apathetic, no longer find pleasure in favorite activities, and become more sedentary. However, many of these issues related to lost sexual energy can be addressed. "Never think lack of energy means an end to your sex life, and there is nothing you can do about it," says Dr. Sharon Bober, director of the Harvard-affiliated Dana-Farber Sexual Health Program. "There are many strategies you can adopt to get back in the game." Find your energy drainers Your lost sexual vim and vigor is often related to some kind of physical, emotional, or relationship issue. Here's a look at the most common causes. Low hormones. Lack of sexual energy could be due to male hypogonadism, which occurs when the testicles do not produce enough testosterone, the male sex hormone. In fact, fatigue is one of the most common side effects. Testosterone levels drop about 1% each year beginning in a man's late 30s, and could fall by as much as 50% by age 70. (A blood test from your doctor can determine if you have low testosterone.) Testosterone replacement therapy, which is given via absorbable pellet implants, topical gels, patches, and injections, can often help spark sexual energy in men with low levels. Findings from a study published online Aug. 1, 2016, by The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism showed that a year of testosterone therapy improved libido in 275 men (average age 72) with confirmed low testosterone. Compared with men in a placebo group, frequency of sexual arousal increased by about 50%, and they were able to have almost twice as many erections. Speak with your doctor about whether testosterone therapy is an option for you. Long- term risks are not well known, but there is concern for an increased risk of heart disease and prostate problems. Erectile dysfunction. Men with erectile dysfunction can experience low energy because the condition can be a blow to their self-esteem. "Men may feel embarrassed about it or worry they will be judged in some way if they cannot perform as well as they once did, so motivation and energy for sex gets depleted," says Dr. Bober. In this case, speak with your doctor about taking an ED drug or exploring other options for getting or keeping an erection, like using a penile pump. Even though talking about ED may be difficult, it's important to open up lines of communication with your partner. "For many men, it can help relieve stress to know they are not alone and someone is there for support." Poor sleep. Lack of sleep can be one of the main energy zappers. Poor sleep can increase stress levels and interfere with how your body and brain store and use energy, which is why you feel so sluggish after not sleeping well. And if you are tired, you have less energy for sex. Talk with your doctor if you have trouble sleeping. Steps like changing medication or dose, cognitive behavioral therapy, and adjusting your diet and sleeping environment can often improve sleep quality. Lack of movement. When you have no sexual energy, you need to get moving. Regular exercise is one of the best natural energy boosters. Numerous studies have linked exercise with improving fatigue, especially among sedentary people. You don't need much to get a jolt — 2.5 hours per week of moderate-intensity exercise can do the trick. Focus on a combination of cardio and weight-bearing exercises like brisk walking and strength training.

'Loves me, loves me not' riddle may ruin your sex life

Do you keep thinking whether your partner loves you or not? You could be suffering from relationship obsessive-compulsive disorder (ROCD) that is detrimental to your sex life. People who worry about whether their partners love them- or whether they love their partner- could have a damaging impact on their own sex lives, the study warns. "ROCD symptoms are often overlooked by family and couple therapists," said researcher Guy Doron of Interdisciplinary Centre (IDC) Herzliya in Israel. Those who question their love life, thinking about whether they would be happier with someone else or requiring repeated reassurances from their other half, may simply be experiencing a natural level of insecurity. "When these worries start to have an impact on everyday life, particularly on someone's ability to do their job, it could mean they are suffering from a condition known as "relationship obsessive-compulsive disorder" (ROCD)," Doron was quoted as saying. The researchers said that it may actually be better for people showing ROCD symptoms to have these symptoms treated before entering couples therapy for sexual and relationship problems. http://media2.intoday.in/wonderwoman/images/stories//January2014/kissing650_062014030132.jpg

The new way to foreplay

Chances are, you and your guy have a few go-to moves that are guaranteed to get you both hot and primed for action. But sticking to the same old thing won't always lead to a bed-shaking finale. When you touch each other in a familiar way every time, your body becomes desensitised, and it won't feel as arousing. We discovered uncharted erogenous zones so packed with powerful nerve endings, just touching them takes you from 0 to 69. The ultrasensitive border around the lips Okay, so you know how to kiss. But what you probably don't know is that there's an undercover pleasure transmitter, the buccal nerve, surrounding the edges of the mouth. This is a extremely sensitive to touch, but it's often overlooked since most people focus on the plump part of the lips. Trace the tip of your finger around the edges of your mouth and you'll experience a tingly, almost ticklish feeling. Kiss him as you normally do, then use the tip of your tongue to trace the edge of his upper lip lightly. Pull back, kiss him again, then trace the border of his bottom lip. It subconsciously reminds him of your tongue swirling around the tip of his penis. The technique works when he does it to you too, triggering thoughts of his tongue below the belt. That sexy dip where neck meets chest The entire area between your jawline and shoulders is an erogenous zone, but there's one particular destination that'll spark distinct goose bumps. It's that little indentation where the neck connects with the collarbone. The skin is thinner there, and there's not as much fatty tissue underneath, so the sensations are stronger. So as you kiss down his neck, trail the tips of your index and middle fingers from one shoulder to the dip in the centre in a slow, circular motion. Then move your mouth over the spot and kiss it. The combination of the heat and touch relaxes the body, turning you on. Plus, when your guy touches you here, your entire chest becomes more sensitive, including your breasts, which increases your pleasure. Erotic pathways on the sides of the torso Snaking from the bottom of the rib cage to the hips is a powerful nerve that, when stimulated, connects directly to your clitoris and your man's penis. When you touch this area, it reflexively causes the pelvic-floor muscles to contract in both men and women, which increases arousal. Start on one side, just underneath the rib cage, and either stroke the area with your hand or alternate between kissing and lightly nibbling your way down to the hip bone. On a guy, you'll actually see his testicles and penis contracting. And you'll feel the contractions in your vaginal wall and clitoral area as he does the same move on you. These pelvic contractions create a build-up to one hell of an orgasm. That pleasure mound on the lower back The knob at the base of the spine is rife with pleasure potential nerves. So give each other a sexy rubdown. Start at the shoulder blades, and work your hands down in a kneading motion. At the lower back lightly spiral your fingers over the base. This area is so receptive, just the softest touch will send chills throughout the body. You can also brush the tips of your hair against the skin and then switch to raking your fingernails gently across it to deepen the sensation. The teasing trail on the thighs One of the most explosive nerves is located at the top of the inner thigh. It's called the ilioinguinal nerve, and it's incredibly sensitive to touch. Start by licking your finger and slowly drawing it from the mid-inner thigh to the top. Then follow the path you just traced with your tongue, teasing your way to the upper region. Because the skin here is tender, it's important to watch how he reacts. If he flinches, you're exciting the nerve to the point where it feels too ticklish. As your guy touches you here, you'll notice your breath becoming more rapid and your pelvis starting to spasm. The reason: Caressing this area indirectly stimulates the genitals, since the nerves around it are firing pleasure signals to the brain. Now is the time to put your guy's hand exactly where you're craving it... and enjoy the ride.

Men always preheated for sex?

Know why most of men just rush for sex and ignore the vital art of whole-body lovemaking? Because most men are 'preheated' while most women warm up to sex slowly, a report reveals. "Learning the reasons for this difference can help men become better lovers," said a report published by the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) - a US-based nonprofit advocacy group that helps people 50 and older improve quality of their lives. Recent research shows that women experience libido as an urge far less compelling than that. A University of British Columbia survey interviewed hundreds of women who reported feeling 'erotically neutral' at the start of sex. Only when they started making love - and enjoyed it - did they warm up and feel actual desire," the report added. According to sex therapists, men become intimate to gain sex whereas women have sex to gain intimacy. Men should try sex based on gentle, whole-body massage that eventually includes the genitals but does not fixate on them. "The genitals are important but so is every other part of women's bodies. Men who rush into genital sex are clueless about women," the report quoted New York sex educator Betty Dodson as saying. http://media2.intoday.in/wonderwoman/images/stories//January2014/orgasm650_052614053730.jpg

How to Make Your Wedding Night Unforgettable

If you'll be a virgin on your wedding night, you're probably feeling some apprehension about what will happen on your honeymoon. Here are sex tips and advice to help things go smoothly. How to Communicate Before the Wedding Night Pick a quiet moment to ask your soon-to-be-spouse "are you feeling nervous at all about our wedding night?" Odds are, he or she will be relieved to have the opportunity to talk about it. Talk about what your hopes and fears are. If your partner has sexual experience or you want to prevent pregnancy, talking about safer sex is essential. You may want to visit a counselor, or talk about sex during your pre-wedding counseling. If you are too nervous to bring up the subject of sex, consider leaving a magazine open, or even forwarding this article in an email. How to Communicate During Sex The most important sex tip for being a great lover is to learn how to communicate in bed. For nervous first timers, it might seem more natural to stay silent; dirty talk can be intimidating. Try saying, "That feels good" or just moaning a little when you like something. Be observant of your partner as well - if they're quiet and still, you might want to try something different. You can ask, "Does that feel good?" or "Can I try..." Most importantly, speak up when something doesn't feel good. Sex can and should give both of you pleasure. Will She Bleed? Will it Be Painful? When a woman loses her virginity, it is possible for it to be a little bloody or painful. However, it shouldn't last for too long, and it is almost never very serious. To make things easier, make sure there's plenty of foreplay before you try penetration. You'll also want to have a good lubricant. I recommend a brand called "Slippery Stuff" because it is safe to use with latex, and it's glycerin-free. (Glycerin can cause yeast infections.) Even if you use a lubricated condom, you'll want to use extra lube. And, if you're afraid of bleeding on the hotel sheets, bring a towel with you, or your own sheets. Will He Be Able to Maintain an Erection? What Happens If He Can't? The pressure of the wedding night can be too much for many men. If things aren't "working," try to change up the mood. Spend some time kissing, and fondling each other. Perhaps make a game out of how many different body parts you can kiss, or be a little more serious by talking about the wedding, your love for each other, and milestones ahead of you. Most importantly remember that sex isn't just about penetration. There are lots of ways to make each other feel good that don't require an erection. Will I Be Any Good? How Can I Wow My New Husband or Wife? Sex, like most things, takes practice. You are likely to be a little clumsy and to feel a little goofy. Take things slowly, and try to listen to your partner. Find out what feels good, and what doesn't. Don't be afraid to ask! But don't concentrate on how mind-blowing (or not!) the physical feelings are. Instead try to be gentle with one another, and focus on how amazing it is to finally be in each other's arms as a married couple.

Free The Nipple: why on earth do women want to walk around topless in public?

Free The Nipple, a movement which fights for women to be allowed to go topless in public, has gained popularity after Bruce Willis's daughter, Scout, walked half-naked through New York. A puzzled Radhika Sanghani examines why these women are stripping off. I can understand women wanting to be topless at the beach – why not go a la continental on the coast – but doing the same in the middle of a packed New York City street? Surely not; it’s Manhattan not St Tropez. This week, a group of protestors met in New York's Washington Square Park to parade around topless, all in the name of democracy. Lost? Confused? Totally bemused? Fear not, I am too. In an effort to understand their motivations, I have compiled a list detailing all the reasons why these women say they are liberating their breasts: 1) Instagram won’t let you post nipple pics Scout Willis began her spontaneous protest because Instagram wouldn’t let her post a picture of a jacket that had two topless ladies (her mates) emblazoned on the black – or one of Willis in a sheer top. They called them “instances of abuse” so Willis “walked around New York topless and documented it on Twitter, pointing out that what is legal by New York state law is not allowed on Instagram,Lina Esco, a filmmaker who began the Free The Nipple movement, explains that “according to statute 245.01 per the Appeals Court of The State/City of New York, it is completely legal for a woman or a man to opt not to wear a shirt (or bra) in public”. She helpfully points out: “a woman going bare-breasted will draw more stares than a man doing the same.” If it’s legally OK - and means you get to figure out why something's so controversial ergo, that’s reason enough to get your boobs out.So, women of Britain, are you feeling any better about the prospect of baring all down your local park? I, for one, don't wish to see a man without his topon the next time the sun comes out, let alone any of my fellow female. But maybe I'm just a good old-fashioned 24-year-old prude. http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/02933/boob2_2933498a.jpg

Women drinkers 'have better sex lives'

A study among Tuscan women discovered that one or two glasses a day could lead to a more fulfilling life in the bedroom. Experts from the university questioned 800 women between 18 and 50 Santa Maria Annunziata Hospital about their sexual satisfaction. Using the Female Sexual Function Index - which is used by doctors to assess women and sexual health - it emerged that drinkers scored higher than teetotallers. The score is determined using factors including sexual arousal, orgasm, satisfaction and pain and ranges between two and 36, with higher scores meaning better sexual health. Overall, women who drank two glasses a day scored an average of 27.3 points, compared to 25.9 for those who drank one glass and 24.4 for the non-drinkers. The study's lead author, Dr Nicola Mondaini said: "Historically, the aspects of wine and sexuality have been well known since the time of Ancient Greece. "But the field of female sexual dysfunction is still highly unexplored." The study also found that older women enjoy a more fruitful sex life. The research will be published in the October issue of the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

How often do men really think about sex?

We've all been told that men think about you-know-what far too often – every seven seconds, by some accounts. Most of us have entertained this idea for long enough to be sceptical. However, rather than merely wonder about whether this is true, stop for a moment to consider how you could – or could not – prove it. If we believe the stats, thinking about sex every seven seconds adds up to 514 times an hour. Or approximately 7,200 times during each waking day. Is that a lot? It sounds like a big number to me, I’d imagine it’s bigger than the number of thoughts I have about anything in a day. So, here’s an interesting question: how is it possible to count the number of mine, or anyone else’s thoughts (sexual or otherwise) over the course of a day? Using this method they found that the average man in their study had 19 thoughts about sex a day. This was more than the women in their study – who had about 10 thoughts a day. However, the men also had more thoughts about food and sleep, suggesting perhaps that men are more prone to indulgent impulses in general. Or they are more likely to decide to count any vague feeling as a thought. Or some combination of both. The interesting thing about the study was the large variation in number of thoughts. Some people said they thought about sex only once per day. This is exactly the circumstances the participants in Fisher's study found themselves in. They were given a clicker by the researchers and asked to record when they thought about sex (or food or sleep). Imagine them walking away from the psychology department, holding the clicker in their hand, trying hard not to think about sex all the time, yet also trying hard to remember to press the clicker every time they did think about it. My bet is that the poor man who clicked 388 times was as much a victim of the experimental design as he was of his impulses. The results aren't directly comparable to the Fisher study, as the most anyone could record thinking about sex was seven times a day. But what is clear is that people thought about it far less often than the seven-second myth suggests. They recorded a sexual thought in the last half hour on approximately 4% of occasions, which works out as about once per day, compared with 19 reported in the Fisher study. The real shock from Hoffman's study is the relative unimportance of sex in the participants' thoughts. People said they thought more about food, sleep, personal hygiene, social contact, time off, and (until about 5pm) coffee. Watching TV, checking email and other forms of media use also won out over sex for the entire day. In fact, sex only became a predominant thought towards the end of the day (around midnight), and even then it was firmly in second place, behind sleep. Hoffman's method is also contaminated by a white bear effect, though, because participants knew at some point during the day they'd be asked to record what they had been thinking about. This could lead to overestimating some thoughts. Alternately, people may have felt embarrassed about admitting to having sexual thoughts throughout the day, and therefore underreported it. So, although we can confidently dismiss the story that the average male thinks about sex every seven seconds, we can't know with much certainty what the true frequency actually is. Probably it varies wildly between people, and within the same person depending on their circumstances, and this is further confounded by the fact that any efforts to measure the number of someone's thoughts risks changing those thoughts. There’s also the tricky issue that thoughts have no natural unit of measurement. Thoughts aren't like distances we can measure in centimetres, metres and kilometres. So what constitutes a thought, anyway? How big does it need to be to count? Have you had none, one or many while reading this? Plenty of things to think about!

What is your signature sex move, do not have one yet

If you like doing something, you're usually good at it – and if you're good at something, you usually enjoy it.So you can't really go wrong if you stick to this simple rule. If you could cheerfully massage all day long, for instance, there's your starting point. Teach yourself some sensual massage techniques, top the whole delicious experience off with some erotic genital massage and there you have it: a mind-blowing move they won't forget in a hurry. Step 2: Tap into your talent Decided on an area you think holds promise? Try out a few different techniques before deciding on one to concentrate on. For the sake of this exercise, let's say you've decided to become the absolute master/mistress of oral sex. The next time you do it, ask for a running commentary of how different techniques feel. Get them to rate each and everything you do on a scale of 1-10. What happens when you focus on this part? What about that one? Now alter the pressure, carefully noting whether you're going up or down in the ratings game. What about in slow motion? Speeded up? Better sex life linked to division of housework

Couples wanting to improve their sex lives may want to look at how they divide household chores, because men and women who follow traditional roles have sex more often than other couples, researchers have said. In a study that analyzed the roles of 4,500 heterosexual married couples in the United States, researchers found that when women handled the cooking, cleaning and shopping, and men did yard work and car maintenance, they had more active sex lives. "The results show that gender still organizes quite a bit of everyday life in marriage," Julie Brines, a University of Washington (UW) associate professor of sociology and a co-author of the study, said in a statement. "In particular, it seems that the gender identities husbands and wives express through the chores they do also help structure sexual behavior." The findings, which are published in the American Sociological Review journal, showed that couples with traditional roles at home had sex 1.6 times more per month than those in which the husband did all the traditionally female work. But Brines and her colleagues said the findings should not be used by men as an excuse not to help out at home. "Men who refuse to help around the house could increase conflict in their marriage and lower their wives' marital satisfaction," said lead author Sabino Kornrich, a former UW graduate student who is now a researcher at the Juan March Institute in Madrid. Although the data used in the study was collected from 1992 to 1994, which is the most recent survey looking into sexual frequency among married couples, Brines said it is unlikely that sex in the marital home has changed much since then. "Marriage today isn't what it was 30 or 40 years ago, but there are some things that remain important," she said. "Sex and housework are still key aspects of sharing a life, and both are related to marital satisfaction and how spouses express their gender identity."
