Sun Spot Skin- After 50 years, most people have brown spots on their face, hands and arms, which is called sun spot. Weak memory- With aging, memory is bound to be weak. It can start from the age of 40. You may find it difficult to remember people's names or any incident. However, diseases like Alzheimer's and dementia mostly occur after 65 years. Eat healthy things and exercise to speed up your mind. Fat waist- With aging, body fat starts coming to the waist. This is common in women especially after menopause. Along with weight gain, the risk of heart diseases. A waist greater than 35 inches for women and 40 inches for men is a danger signal. For this, you should exercise regularly.
