Sunny Leone has come a long way from her days as an adult star, but despite breaking into mainstream cinema, Sunny's 'sex goddess' image seems to stick. However, in her maiden Tollywood outing, the actress is breaking away from the mould by playing a school teacher. And while there's no denying that she still looks sexy, Sunny Leone says it's the 'well-written role' that made her say yes to a Telugu movie. Excerpts from an exclusive interview.
How did Current Teega happen?
I'm not allowed to talk about the film yet, so I can't reveal much. I signed the movie because I like my role so much — it is well written. the toughest part for me was picking up Telugu. But I did spend time on it and actually tried to learn some of the words and dialogues. My team has been very supportive and they're helping me with my lines.
